    Once the service has commenced, cancellations will not be entertained as the consulting process would have already been initiated.

    • If a service has not been delivered due to an internal lapse or delay at SolutionBuggy, customers are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Service Not as Promised:
    • If the consulting service does not align with the agreed scope of work, you may raise a refund request for review.
  3. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of initiating the service or purchase.
    • Refunds are not applicable once the consulting service or deliverables have been provided.
  4. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Services that are fully rendered or customized as per customer requirements.
    • Subscription plans or pre-defined consulting packages where deliverables have already been shared.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request to support@solutionbuggy.com with your registered email, order details, and reason for the request.
  2. Once verified and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful processing of the refund.

Subscription Cancellation

For customers on subscription-based consulting plans:

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
